If you find yourself time and again with a partner who seems to “run away from you”, but nonetheless you hang-on to this “partner”,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], albeit the pain it causes you, you are not alone. So if he has chosen you, doesn’t it say that he does love you? Doesn’t it say you are special?

If people are focused on the Now, they need to know what’s expected for that day. Sit down with employees and communicate what success looks like. For example, “There are 14 things that must be accomplished today. These are...” and then be specific about the documentation, rehabilitation, socialization and medication actions that must be taken.
Start with the idea you’ll have a good day and likely you will. But let other people bring in their conflicting belief systems and chances are the day will not start right. Be committed to guiding the first 10, 20, or 30 minutes of the day in an organized approach to allow people to know which way you’re going.
Whatever the specific goal or program involves - customer intervention,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a program, documentation - decide that’s what you are going to work on. Talk about it and show people you’re going to keep score. Let them know you plan to succeed in meeting goals, and they will start the day with a direct, solid effort. The key to a productive life is to be firmly rooted in today’s NOW. If you want to be in charge, are you making sure that the shift or unit spends all of its time focusing on today’s issues? What did we learn from the past that will help us now? What are we going to do now to make it better in the future? That is how you deal with the past and future.
Make out the assignments each day customized to that particular group of residents/customers. Not only will you define expectations, but also everyone can measure their own success or failure.
Americans have the need to keep score. That’s why if you don’t give people ways to keep score,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they’ll develop their own scorekeeping system, which may or may not be productive: “Well,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I’ve got more heavy care people than she does.” “How come we have to do it that way?”
Unless people know what’s expected of them on the job, unless they know how to measure that success or failure, and unless they have the ability to control resources,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it’s unlikely they will be motivated to get the job done. Remember to ask the following three questions when taking charge:
Look around where you work and see how different people live in different periods of time. They are living in the Past Now, Current Now or Future Now.
I find many leaders want to manage the one thing that doesn’t count: who can get the keys... who can get into the supply room... who needs paper clips and pens. We don’t need to spend our time that way. We need to help people of caliber manage their own time, resources, supplies and equipment, and then let them know how they’re doing.
It starts with the person in charge because, if you are out of focus, there is a good chance people who report to you will be out of focus, too. You’ll have negativity if you wait for the future. People will sit around and wait for something to happen. And if you spend time talking about how great the past was, you are neglecting to deal with today’s issues.
Teach Self-Measurement
Somebody is going to say, “We should do 32 things” and somebody else will say, “We’ll be lucky to get two done”. Throw out those comments and stick to the middle ground. Talk to everyone first, and then make your decision. Problem solving is participatory. You can make better decisions if you get input on the 14 (or whatever number you determine) things your department needs to accomplish.

Maybe you know organizations that are playing the Future Now game. “As soon as we get the regulations changed, as soon as this or that happens...” Living in the future is as fruitless as living in the past.
If you spend your day worrying about one or two problem people, it doesn’t leave time for you to deal with the good people, the people who want to produce success for your customers. Quit worrying about making those few problem people happy.
What do you need to work on as it relates to how you and your organization live each day? Is it to make specific plans to link the current to the future? Is it to get people who are sitting around playing the waiting game out of the past?
It’s an important distinction. You can check people with a quality assurance audit or run down the hall and see if jobs are done; but as a person in charge,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you need to allow people to check themselves. Teach people to be up-front and honest with you, and you’ll know if they are on track or if the schedule needs to be adjusted before the end of the shift.
After you have defined the expectations and given employees ways to measure themselves, give them control of the resources to get the job done - supplies, equipment, flexibility on schedule,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or ability to adapt.

Not only do people become stuck there,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], lots of organizational structures are stuck in the past, too. “If we had only done this...If, if, if...” Living in the past is a nonproductive way to live.
How do you know you’re on track? There should be checks after one, two or three hours. Don’t wait until the end of the shift to find the staff is behind and will need to again work overtime to make it up. Determine what the pace of work is that will allow everyone in the department to meet goals and divide the day into performance goals. Once the time to accomplish work is determined,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], each person will be able to measure her or his own performance against a standard.
You need to pick one or two goals that are important for this week, this month, this shift, and this period of time and stick with them. Remember,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], meeting two goals is better than striving for two hundred.

That is not to say that sports are sterile or irrelevant to our daily lives. On the very contrary. They are an encapsulation and a simulation of Life: they incorporate conflict and drama, teamwork and striving, personal struggle and communal strife, winning and losing. Sports foster learning in a safe environment. Better be defeated in a football match or on the tennis court than lose your life on the battlefield.
In sports, there is always a second chance, often denied us by Life and nature. No loss is permanent and crippling; no defeat is insurmountable and irreversible. Reversal is but a temporary condition,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not the antechamber to annihilation. Safe in this certainty, sportsmen and spectators dare, experiment, venture out, and explore. A sense of adventure permeates all sports and,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with few exceptions, it is rarely accompanied by impending doom or the exorbitant proverbial price-tag.
The world is riven by seemingly random acts of terror; replete with inane behavior; governed by uncontrollable impulses; and devoid of meaning. Sports are rule-based. Theirs is a predictable universe where umpires largely implement impersonal, yet just principles. Sports is about how the world should have been (and, regrettably, isn't). It is a safe delusion; a comfort zone; a promise and a demonstration that humans are capable of engendering a utopia.

Make sure all rules and settings are set in stone before the draft is held. The swing positions often used are a combination of WR/TE or RB/WR, though there are a handful of others. In the end, the accumulated points of one team’s starters are matched up against the points of another team’s starters and the end result is either a victory or a loss. Occasionally, a tie will sneak its way into the picture. A good website will give you the option of breaking ties during the regular season. Tie-breakers are mandatory should they occur during the playoffs.

Rosters are filled out by running a player draft. The draft order is randomized by the commissioner or the website. Once you have that accomplished, you want to review your team at the midpoint of your season and evaluate what it will look like in the playoff weeks. If you have some players that you feel may be looking at getting some rest, it is best to trade them before the trade deadline to ensure that your roster is as strong as possible during the playoffs. The survey provides an evidence that the Gond tribe of Ghat-Parasia uses about 32 plants in various ailments. The tribal people depend totally on herbally medicines of the suburbs as there is no clinic in the village. The plants are generally used as stomach disorders, skin diseases, aphrodisiacs, fever, tonic, ulcer, asthma, snake-bite, respiratory diseases, leucorrhoea, dandruff, eye-diseases and diabetes. There is need of training on cultivation and conservation of medicinal plants. Only plants growing in sandy soils and require less water can be selected for cultivation since the local soil is sandy and there is scarcity of water in the village. There is a greater need to develop a garden of medicinal plants of the area. The tribal people can also be encouraged to take up this job as an income generation activity.

Let's see why this field of study is so important and look at how we have responded to nutritional forces over the last 200,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],000 years on an evolutionary scale. For the Apocalypse of destruction that is promoted my religious zelots is really a "lifting of a veil" or "a disclosure to certain privileged persons" of something hidden from the majority of humankind. The word "Apocalypse" comes from ancient Greek referring to an awaking of consciousness and a greater awareness of life.
In today’s modern materialistic society,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the world's population is ignorant of the "mystical Art of Transmutation of the Flesh into Spirit"… true ancient Alchemy of nature. They buy whatever the Media… the Politicians… and their Religious dogmas tell them to buy… think… or do as good Sheeple should in a grain-based society. Today, "Consumers" are sold artificial and processed foods by General Foods… medical opinions by actors on television working for pharmaceutical companies… political viewpoints and religious philosophies… all to sell a product at a profit. It is up to the consumer to do his own research… and studies to get all the pertinent information and truth to save himself from the corporate salesman. It is the "Salesman's duty in our corporate society to use Neuromarketing" to sell to the old brain without the knowledge of the Ignorant Consumer. The salesmen are seen as the Corporate Dogs of the sheep herder… [corporations] moulding consumer attitudes and reactions. The sheep herder would never consult with the sheep on what to do with them. It is important for the consumer to awake up and be conscious… by removing his sheep's clothing… and accepting responsibility for his own evolution and creating his own reality as a Spiritual Warrior.
Any real evolution of the human being has to come from within,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], from his spiritual awareness, an aspect of the spirit within… and not its personality which is just a program. This is the true nature of evolution, to produce consciousness of a higher-order… it is also an aspect of true spiritual evolution,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as consciousness and energy are inextricably combined… the evolution of consciousness is the evolution of a spiritual force or awareness. This awareness over thousands of years created the secret schools of the spiritual warrior. Today, most people in society are a product of their political/religious environment and are seen in a good and bad duality of life for specific reasons. They are manufactured Sheeple… consumers of artificially processed foods… goods and services for religious/political marketing ideas… in a profit oriented global society. They are also easily taken advantage of for vague religious/ political marketing ideas to mould particular society's to specific ends… that have little benefit to the people of that society. These Sheeple exist in a "body-mind conscious state" of manufactured ignorance by their overseers "a think-tank marketing faction of the Military-Industrial-Complex" that sets the stage to manipulate different… religious/political factions of government in our global society. This is done for our benefit to stimulate growth for the engines of commerce… so that we competitive Sheeple can get rich playing the "Money Game" in a "free market society for corporations."
This philosophy of modern-day life should not be seen in the context of a conspiracy theory, as there is nothing hidden about the way society is run, as most educated people support this form of business. And it is the best way to achieve a competitive free-market economy and rise to the top 1 % of the world's population. This is "just the way it is" and we have not found a better way to "Rule the World." Life is left up to Gaia and climate change because there are not enough "conscious spiritual warriors" out there… to make a real difference to life on this planet to warrant any real change of body/mind consciousness.
It is for this reason that I wrote the Book, Science of Spirit, that I feel… “Of all the problems we face as a collective species” in the context of the timing of the evolution of consciousness… a quote from the book, “Nutrition and Evolution” is the most revealing about life on earth. Authors Michael Crawford and David Marsh in researching the truth in nutritional health as it pertains to millions of years of the evolution of human beings, state: “If our species arrived in its present form by ‘millions of years’ response to nutritional forces, then the sudden change in the last century or so to artificial and processed foods, wildly imbalanced nutritionally, is the most widespread experiment ever performed, with most of the human race as both experimenters and illness-ridden Guinea pigs.” (See no conspiracy… just marketing new products!) Michael Crawford, PhD, is the Director of the Institute of Brain Development and Human Nutrition in London,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], England and is the lead author of the Book, Nutrition and Evolution. He contends that the food we eat is the driving force of evolution. When life began, there was no question of scarcity:
“When water finally condensed,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the beginning of life was in hot pools with an unbelievable richness of chemicals — not a struggle for survival. Two-thirds of the planet is covered with water." Michael Crawford believes that human evolution developed on the seashores of all the oceans and inland seas throughout the ages,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and that development could not have occurred in a nutritional environment that was depleted or even poor in trace elements such as iodine.
Crawford and Marsh state,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], "The food we eat is fundamentally important for the evolution of the human brain. In fact, without food that supplies adequate amounts of certain long-chain fatty acids, our brains could not possibly develop. Since food is so common… as well as being universal—we often forget that the available nutrients actually determine how all living forms are able to develop. In this regard, Charles Darwin wrote in The Origin of Species about essential “conditions”: The available nutrients actually determine how all living forms are able to develop."
In human development… no part of the body evolves without a use…the unused part of the brain has been sitting dormant until someone learns how to turn it on [ the other 90%] possibly through the understanding, development, and use of concentrated nutritional products developed for the brain. We know very little about the brain, how it works, how gifted people can do what they do, yet the brain has continued to evolve and is now the last frontier in neuroscience research. We have been nurtured by Gaia to evolve to this level, but it is not in the best interests of the Powers That Be" and the engines of commerce to be more intelligent than the beings controlling the Sheeple.
In an article that appeared in the European journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2002,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], called, “The paradoxical nature of hunter-gatherer diets: Meat based, yet non-atherogenic” from “Field's studies of 20th century hunter-gatherers ()”, (HG)," by L Cordain, SB Eaton, J Brand Miller, N Mann, K Hill, showed them to be generally free of the signs and symptoms of cardiovascular disease (CVD). In this review, the authors have analyzed the 13 known quantitative dietary studies of HG and demonstrate that animal food actually provided the dominant (65%) energy source, while gathered plant foods comprised the remainder (35%).
We can see that if we began to look at ourselves in the mirror closely and began to shed our sheep’s clothing that we genetically are more digestively… like wolves in the beginning of our Hunter Gatherer lifestyle (HG) consuming (65%) animal food while gathered plant foods comprised the remainder (35%). This idea brings a new ring to being a wolf in sheep’s clothing… the real nature of one of Gaia’s children is surfacing as to who we really are and where we came from… a reason for the rise of the Spiritual warrior. A carnivore… a meat eater eating grain… without a second stomach to ferment the food and to pull out all the nutrients. [That’s if we do not include the colon… where all dis-ease starts],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. No wonder it cost so much for health care these days in society.

* being stuck on an idealized, romanticized notion of love
As you evaluate your failed relationship, note the stage you were in when the change occurred. Chances are that
the necessary level of readiness and maturity was not present in one or both of you. Perhaps one of you
decided that this is not the kind of partner or relationship I am seeking.
Growth Through Negotiation
When the behavior of one or both partners change, it is generally because they have made a conscious or
unconscious decision regarding the wrongness of the other for them or for the type of relationship they seek.
How an individual handles their changing feelings and resultant behavior toward the other is a subject for another article.
This is the first stage. It is physical, intellectual and emotional - on a very surface level. Girl sees boy and vice versa. They
flirt, talk and get a very basic sense of the other. They are usually responding to a physical pull. He/she is cute,
funny, charming, interesting to talk to, etc.
Does the above scenario sound at all familiar? If so, you can relate to being confused and stunned over the sudden
change in a boyfriend's/girlfriend's behavior,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Relationships have stages. We have all read articles and books by authors who have come up with their own unique
number or names for these. I will try to take a very basic approach to this and keep it simple and as universal as
possible.
Many relationships begin to stumble at the end of this period. For that is when reality begins to set in. As partners
begin to experience some disagreement, conflict and/or shared challenges- the relationship shifts as do the
dynamics between the partners.
If one of the partners is not ready for a less than perfect and more demanding stage of love, they will exhibit this in their
behavior, language and overall level of openness and availability towards the other.
This is where the need for (or lack of) communication, problem-solving and negotiating skills becomes apparent.
For without an adequate measure of these, disagreements can break down into screaming matches where
insults and recriminations are fired like missiles,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Each person looks at the other in their (naked) state and asks; "is this the person I want to be with"? Here their individual
differences are highlighted. The early romantic haze has cleared. What they have to offer to each other and to
a future life together comes into play.
So, how can you know what the problem was and hope to avoid a repeat of this hurtful experience? You can do this
by examining your failed relationship and gaining insight and understanding about what just wasn't right between you.
There is often no real closure, as the couple is never able (willing) to talk through what went wrong or was never right
with their relationship.
This is often the period when couples experience their first fight. Hurt feelings can occur as that once loving
and completely accepting other person airs a criticism or voices annoyance or concern. Often, the individuals
believe it is the other person who needs to change.
This stage can last from three or four months up to more than a year. It is actually the shortest stage that any
long-term relationship goes through,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. It is also the one we wish we could hold on to forever and long for when it is gone.
This is the stage that love poems speak about. It is also believed (falsely) by many that this is what long-term
committed love will always be like.
Relationships can be tested more during this time. Infidelity is one dysfunctional way that some individuals
do this. Often,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this leads to the end of the relationship.
Everything was great.
In this second stage, couples begin to test out the idea of themselves as a unit. Dating is no longer brand new. It is more
comfortable and predictable. Sharing romantic dinners and exciting special interests are typical dates during this new
and fun time in a growing relationship.
This is a time when couples often begin to contemplate each other's attributes in a more practical way.
They look at the other's strengths and weaknesses. They evaluate each other's potential as a future spouse,
parent, provider, caregiver, partner, etc.
Attraction

This is a very challenging and growing time in all relationship building. Reality comes into play as the couple
settles into the comfort and predictability of their togetherness. Little issues can become blown-up into large conflicts.
The individuals begin to compete for their share of control and their place in this growing union. Differences
can become highlighted instead of minimized.
Without attraction, first dates wouldn't happen. It can therefore be assumed that the other person finds us attractive if
we have gotten to a first date.
When differences can be seen, aired and accepted, the couple has a good chance of moving on together
from this place. Essentially,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they have decided they want to be with the other, warts and all.
Remember, these behaviors or characteristics would be ones that would manifest in the very early stage of dating.
Some examples: frequently late, never offers to pay, dresses or grooms sloppily, rude to waitress, etc.
Now think about this - What if your relationship wasn't what you thought it was? What if unspoken issues had
existed all along? What if there were signs you chose to ignore or just didn't see? Are any of these possible?
Romantic Relating
New challenges arise during each stage,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and will happen here as well. However,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if the couple has successfully
worked through the previous stages, they should have many of the tools they need.
Commitment
Intimacy is the reward that is gained when a couple has successfully worked through the difficult last stage of
negotiation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. It is almost like a new coming together with much greater self (and other) awareness. This new information
can work to solidify the union or give one of both individuals enough new information about the other to require
a reassessment of their desire to remain together.
This sudden change in a couple's relationship is reported quite a bit by individuals who have just broken up with
a significant other. Unfortunately, it leaves the person who has been "dumped" with feelings of low self-esteem,
regret, inadequacy and anger.
This new information and insight should help you to choose a future partner who is better suited to you and desirous
of the same kind of relationship that you are.
Then, without warning, he said he "needs some time to think and figure things out." He stopped calling and rarely
returned my calls. When he did, I was often met with silence on the other end of the line. When I asked "what
happened", I just got a verbal run around of excuses about how busy he is and/or how much stress he is under
right now.
This is when the couple begins to think more seriously of a future with each other. The focus tends to be;
how well do we get along, do we share similar interests and do I want to date this person exclusively?
If the individuals can listen, be supportive of each other's feelings, compromise and not lay blame, they have
a good chance of working through this stage and achieving a true intimacy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. This does not mean they will share
all the same beliefs and opinions or that they will necessarily even like the other's view. However, having and
showing respect is a cornerstone of a healthy relationship.
We had been dating for 6 months. We shared the same interests, felt very at ease together, had (often)
discussed future plans and had even spent some of the holidays together. Our relationship seemed right on track
and just right in general.

The external problems and pressures that come with life will test their resolve and commitment over the
years. They may need to reassess, re-negotiate and renew their feelings and commitment. Fortunately,
they will be in possession of the basic tools required.
What happened? What did I do? I don't know what to think.
If they choose well to begin with, they should be successful.
In a way, this is the easy one. We are unknowns to each other. Things progress from this point or they do not. Hurt
feelings are minimal. We usually chalk up rejection to; "I'm not his type". There is no need to analyze or wonder
what went wrong.
In order to assist you with this; I am providing a basic framework of the relationship stages a couple must pass
through TOGETHER in order to get to a place of shared intimacy and commitment. If either person's feelings
change before, during or after one of these stages; it is not necessarily the "fault" of the other individual. It is simply
a statement about the individuals' rightness (or not) for each other. It is also a reflection of each individual’s relationship
readiness and ability to handle long-term, committed intimacy.
During this stage, flowers are given for no special reason and loving cards are slipped back and forth with
words like "thinking of you". It's a happy carefree time, when lovers tend to idealize, romanticize and overlook
that which can be right in front of them,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The relationship seems effortless and spontaneous. Affection is shared openly
and frequently. One's partner seems perfect. There is rarely conflict during this period. The partners often share
the unrealistic belief that their relationship is so special and unique that it will always stay this way.
Intimacy
If both people feel a strong enough level of attraction continues to exist after a few dates, they usually move along to
stage two. However, if one finds the other has unattractive characteristics or behaviors, this can lead to an abrupt change
in the relationship.

This is the final stage of relationship building. Once individuals have reached this place, they are ready to
cement their bond. While much growth and work will lay ahead in a future life together,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they are
ready to begin this life soon.
