Dazzling in White at Cannes Film
With film festivals come photo calls and premieres. The 2011 Cannes Film Festival started off on Wednesday, May 11, kicking off what's expected to be one big red carpet fashion show.
Ceremony's Uma Thurman headed to Cannes to serve as a jury member. On May 10th, Uma arrived in style, wearing a boldcolored Louis Vuitton dress. The actress was Euro chic in her silk dress.
Kerry Washington wore a longer version of the blue and red number at the recently held White House Correspondents' Dinner. Uma's daytime take on the dress called for a shorter hemline and a less fussy, no tassel look.
For the May 12 jury photo call Uma looked fresh in a fitted Dolce Gabbana dress. She posed alongside fellow jury members Jude Law and Robert De Niro. The scalloped edge dress was one of the many, white Dolce Gabbana Spring 2011 frocks already spotted on a number of Hollywood actresses. She maximized her model stature with a stunning Versace gown.
